To enable cookies:

1. Click on Tools on the menu bar
2. Click on Internet Options
3. Click on the Privacy tab
4. Set slide bar to Medium or Click Default button
5. Click OK

Internet Explorer 5.xx

1. Click on Tools on the menu bar
2. Click on Internet Options
3. Click on the Security tab
4. Click on the globe that says Internet underneath it.
5. Click on the Custom Level button
6. A new window will open. Scroll down and look for the section on cookies. You will see a line that reads: Allow per-session cookies (not stored). Click inside the circle next to Enable below this sentence to enable session cookies.
7. Click OK and then OK again.

Netscape 7.xx & 6.xx

1. Click on Edit on the menu bar
2. Click on Preferences
3. Double click on Privacy & Security on the left side.
4. Click on Cookies.
5. Click on Enable cookies based on privacy settings.
6. Click inside the circle next to Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server.
7. Click OK

Netscape 4

1. Click on Edit on the menu bar
2. Click on Preferences
3. Click on Advanced on the left side.
4. Click inside the circle next to Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server.
5. Click OK

If you still have problems:

Make sure that your browser is configured to accept cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that assist us in user authentication and saving configuration information. Cookies are required for Connecting Singles. Click here for directions on how to change your cookie settings.

Check to see that your computer system time is accurate. Cookies are time sensitive and may not work if your computer date is incorrect by a large amount.

Turn off any third party programs or control panels that automatically reject cookies.

If all else fails, try opening a new browser window, and typing in http://www.singletwo.com in the address bar.
